Why creating a web page we need to follow 60% about content and 40% creativity/design?

In creating a web page we need to follow 60% about content and 40% about creativity for the reason that it will fair for us. In making web page or even reports,projects and assignments content is very important and we should value it. There are some students are very creative they set aside the content because in their mind that their work looks wonderful they think that it is enough but the content is out of topic. The important of it is what we have understand about the topic or questions and our knowledge, learning's and what we have understand will be test. In the reason that it will fair for us. There are some students are good in designing/ creativity and there are some students also that have many ideas about the content but not good in creativity.It will fair for us and we know how to balance our work.

For the First Time

It is first time in my life that I encountered chatting in the internet to the people in the Philippines and specially in the other country. I can't deny it that I having a social network specially friendster but not in chatting because I don't really like it. In the fact that I'm afraid having a chat in specially in the other country.

But now I've encountered chatting or even talking in the phone in the other country. And I know that its fun and I enjoy and your English language will be develop/enhance. Where I'm having a communication with them through chatting by the use of English language.There are some words that it is difficult to understand because it is so shortcut like the word "asl" which means age, sex and location.And it is a one way to practice our grammar by means of communicating with them.

What is the impact of internet in education?

Our world now has many new inventions and the scientists are so intelligent enough. As year has passed by there are many inventions discover by our scientist. Internet was so very important nowadays. There are good and bad impacts of internet. Internet has many good uses specially when we are doing a research for our additional learning or a research for our assignments.If our teacher ask to do a research of some topics it is more easy to us because there is what we called internet that more easy to do a research. There is also what we called distance learning. In the way that the teacher is on line discussing his/her lessons and the students are watching and listening.There are many techniques that in the internet can be used in order that the students will not feel boring with the lessons.
Of course! if there is good impacts, there is also bad impacts one of this are the social network like facebook, friendster and others that cannot help in our studies. Many people using an internet but not in the right way like watching scandals/pornography and that's the reason why many people had raped a young teenagers. Instead of doing social network will you just spend your time in doing research in order to gain more knowledge and learnings than to spare your time in social network.
